Etree is a wonderful resource also Althea. It's how I got on board about 6 years ago. They have a huge archive just like here. There a re a few GD trackers that esentially mimic what you can do here but just in a higher quality/lossless format.

I would say this about torrenting though, there is a learning curve - but once you get it, its so worth it. You will be glad you did.

ditto...you can also use this fine and free app to convert flac/shn files to wav files >> http://tlh.easytree.org/

then if you are burning the wav files to CD, you need a burner that can eliminate any gap between tracks
